Our Returns Policy

At Afrorootz UAE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Jewellery and personalised items are non-returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@afrorootzlifestyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us at hello@afrorootzlifestyle.com to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
